• Togs to school Mon & Thur
• Immunisation forms to be returned by Wed (regardless of whether your child is having it or not)
• Spelling words to be learnt for Wed
• Cycle letter to be returned by Fri
• Camp letter went home on Wed, please return by next week
• 100WC / 5SC to be emailed to me by Thur am (cparker@broadgreen.school.nz) Please note, your child only completes one of these activities - they all konw which challenge they need to complete :

5 Sentence Challenge
We are obviously learning how ride our bikes safely at the moment so this week, for your first challenge, I thought I would post a photo of a bicycle.

What do you think might be happening in this photo??  I would like you to write 5 sentences telling me what is going on....you could be pretending to be the bike, or the person who has left it there.  Remember to use capital letters, commas and fullstops :)

'Meet the Teacher' evening - 7pm Tue in Room 11 - would be great to see as many parents there as possible :)

Homework due Week 2 (Fri 13th Feb)

• Swim togs on Thursday
• Purple clothing to change into for novelty sports on Friday (remember, you should be bring these with you and changing at morning tea - do not arrive to school in them)
• show parents sports choices - these will be chosen on Thursday
• all profile sheets, $5 for diaries and reply slip from first letter home due Fri

• Two newsletters taken home this week - Welcome newsletter reply slip back to Room 11asap please
• Sports newsletter to go home
• profile sheet to be returned by Fri 13th
• Swim togs required Wed/Thur this week (Normal days for swimming are Mon & Thur)
• $5 required for school diary asap
• B.I.S. booklet completed for Wed (A picture of my feelings/My first day at Broadgreen)
