5 Sentence Challenge
We are obviously learning how ride our bikes safely at the moment so this week, for your first challenge, I thought I would post a photo of a bicycle.

What do you think might be happening in this photo??  I would like you to write 5 sentences telling me what is going on....you could be pretending to be the bike, or the person who has left it there.  Remember to use capital letters, commas and fullstops :)

• Purple clothing to change into for novelty sports on Friday (remember, you should be bring these with you and changing at morning tea - do not arrive to school in them)
• show parents sports choices - these will be chosen on Thursday
• all profile sheets, $5 for diaries and reply slip from first letter home due Fri

• Two newsletters taken home this week - Welcome newsletter reply slip back to Room 11asap please
• Sports newsletter to go home

• Swim togs required Wed/Thur this week (Normal days for swimming are Mon & Thur)

Homework due Week 4 (Friday 7th November)

 In Room 5, we will have 3 Enterprise sessions each week - Mon 1.10 - 2.30 (not next week), Wed 1.10 - 2.30, Thur 10.40 - 12.00. If you are able to come in for any of these sessions and help supervise, I would love your help.  Some pupils are working with products that rely on an extra set of eyes!

All pupils have been working hard with coming up with ideas of what they would like to make. I have attached a new ‘wish list’ of items that pupils would like if you happen to have them lying around at home.

Our first ‘making’ session will take place Wed next week.  Everyone has been informed that if they are not ready to begin making their product in class each session, they will be fined (greenies is our currency) and alternative work will be given to them for the session.  If you could please remind your child to be organised so that they don’t let others down in their group, I would appreciate it.

On a separate note, I am conducting another stationary check on Monday (everyone was informed about this at the beginning of the week)  There are a number of pupils who returned to school at the beginning of Term 4 with no pens/pencils :(

No spelling, 100wc or Study ladder this week

Homework due Friday 31st Oct (Week 3)

• Enterprise items brought in asap
• Togs - hunt those out before Wed next week as that is our first swim session
• Stationary - There are A LOT of pupils with little/no pens etc. I will be conducting a stationary check next Monday morning.  All pupils should have the following:

1 Glue Stick
2 Black pens
2 pencils
1 rubber
1 ruler
This is a minimum requirement.
